Randy Schoenfeld, Managing Partner of Harris Rand LLC, is recognized as an industry leader in the executive search and management consulting arena. With over 35 years of experience in recruiting high-profile executives, Randy has worked across multiple industry sectors, including legal, technology, bio/life sciences, financial services and not-for-profit.

Prior to founding Harris Rand LLC, Randy was Director of Recruitment for Duane Morris LLP. There he directed all aspects of the firm’s lateral recruiting, including marketing and the financial evaluation of lateral candidates.

Previously, Randy was Managing Director at Major, Hagen & Africa where he specialized in the recruitment of lateral partners. In addition, Randy was co-founder and President of Redwood Partners International Inc. There he guided the positioning, business development, and client service of “Silicon Alley’s” longest-running executive search/venture capital consulting firm.

In addition, Randy is co-founder and managing partner of Harris Rand Lusk LLC, one of the nation’s leading search consultancies in the not-for-profit sector.

Marcelo Wainberg, is Managing Partner of MW MacDougal LLC. Marcelo performs retained executive search work for specific companies in a variety of industries, including: legal, digital and mobile media and traditional media companies. With over 20 years of national and international search experience, Marcelo manages assignments worldwide.

Marcelo is also a founding member and partner in NextStep Search Inc.(NSI). NSI is an executive search firm that focuses on middle to senior management searches for companies in both digital & mobile media, as well as traditional media. Prior to starting NextStep, Marcelo co-founded Redwood Partners, a pan-Atlantic integrated advisory firm that brings together executive search, investment advisory and venture capital in one platform servicing emerging technologies. Marcelo was Redwood’s Office Managing Partner in Chicago, addressing all of their mid-western and mid-Atlantic business.

Marcelo is an avid runner and completed the 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 New York City Marathons. He is a 1991 graduate of Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY and holds a BA degree in psychology.

Samantha Savran, Director at Harris Rand, is an experienced executive search professional that prides herself on asking the right questions to help potential candidates realize why they should lateral and to help clients identify the right type of candidates for their practices.

Samantha previously worked as the director of marketing at a large YMCA association, managing the organization’s marketing, advertising, PR and digital efforts across 13 locations. She also spent time in broadcast news, reporting on local and national events, as well as building a digital audience from the ground up.

Samantha has a B.S. in magazine journalism from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School.
